Training sessions take place out of YoungQuest Fitness, located at 6545 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.

In Home Training may be a possibility depending on location and space available.

Classes- First Visit Is FREE!

The classes I offer are similar in style to circuit training or a boot camp. The routine is generally one hour-long and includes a blend of cardio and strength training. It’s a great way to check my training style out, to see if I might be a fit for your goals.

The current class schedule is as follows:

Monday & Wednesday: 6 am and 5:30 pm

Saturday: 9 am

Personal Training

1-on-1 personal training allows you the most personalized fitness and nutrition plan. Recommended at 1 to 3 times per week, these sessions allow for us to focus solely on you and your unique needs. The first meeting (no charge) is simply a consultation and fitness assessment, helping you to identify what your goals are so we can create a specific plan for you.

Semi-Private Training

saturday bootcampSemi-Private training is available for groups of 2-4 people.  This still allows for individual attention while being a more affordable option. This is a great option for a small group of friends or co-workers, But the option to be paired with random groups/people is also available.
