As a Personal Trainer, my goal is to find out what works for you, so that we can keep you motivated and achieve results. Along with designing personalized exercise programs, I will also provide the nutritional guidance to help you reach your fitness goals, whether that is benching 200 pounds or fitting into those pants stowed away in the back of the closet.
