Group Classes

Classes- First Visit Is FREE!

The classes I offer are similar in style to circuit training or a boot camp. The routine is generally one hour-long and includes a blend of cardio and strength training. It’s a great way to check my training style out, to see if I might be a fit for your goals.

(Please contact me at the bottom of the page prior to attending so I can keep an eye out for you at the gym)

The current class schedule is as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 6 am,

Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday: 12 noon,

Monday & Wednesday: 5:30 pm,

Saturday: 9 am.
